These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Qingdao Cyanor Innoc Co., Ltd. (“Cyanor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website (“Service Console”) as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Intellectual Property Rights

The rights attached to the text, pictures, audio, video, trademarks, and other information and materials that may be included in the App Launch Console shall be owned by Cyanor or gained by Cyanor through legal authorization. Without consent from Cyanor and other respective right holders, the aforesaid information or materials shall not, directly or indirectly, be publicized, played, adapted or re-issued for the purpose of playing or release in any media, or be used for any other commercial purpose.
The ownership and intellectual property rights of the works uploaded and released by the developer on App Launch Console shall belong to the developer. Where the works involve the legal rights of any third party, the developer shall obtain the legal authorization from the respective rights holders before releasing the works.
The developer undertakes that the works (including but not limited to the pictures, videos, audio, words, and trademarks in the works) released by them on the App Launch Console shall not infringe upon any lawful right and interest of any third party. Cyanor has established a mechanism for infringement complaints, by which once Cyanor receives a valid infringement complaint against the works of a developer, or receives a notice from the administrative law enforcement or judicial authority, it has the right to, without any prior notice, block, freeze or remove relevant app immediately. If it is subsequently verified (including by the decision from the administrative law enforcement or judicial authority) that no infringement occurs, or if the person making the infringement complaint withdraws it in writing, Cyanor will, in a timely manner, unblock, unfreeze the app or make it appear in the platform again, or make services available again. Cyanor shall not bear any possible losses caused to the developer due to any infringement complaint being found unsupported or to any error in the administrative or judicial notice.
The ownership of the works uploaded by the developer shall belong to the developer, who agrees to grant Cyanor non-exclusive, China-wide, irrevocable and free authorization to use, copy, openly exhibit and publicly transmit such works. The developer authorizes Cyanor and its consultants, affiliates, suppliers and contractors to use their works or brands for the purpose of marketing; however, this provision does not authorize the developer to use the trademark of Cyanor.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd. a non-exclusive, China-wide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd. reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd., nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd., including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd. from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

Assignment

We will not voluntarily, or by operation of law, assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of you.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Qingdao Cyanor Innov Co., Ltd. and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of People’s Republic of China.
